who am i?

Hi, I’m Laura Miolla. I’m a NEUROSCIENCE-BASED STRATEGY COACH, CONSULTANT and MEDIATOR. My clients have advanced their careers, grown businesses and bank accounts, climbed mountains (literally and figuratively), written books, and given TED talks. They are executives, entrepreneurs, business owners, and fellow coaches who want what they do to MATTER. I live by my core businesses values of INTEGRITY, RESPECT, FREEDOM, and CHOICE. I’m a MOM of 2 boys. I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2014 and have been in remission since 2016 through the very intentional regulation of my own neurobiology, which is why doing and sharing this work matters to ME.
