Leadership is too often defined from a male perspective based on power and status. It excludes other styles of leadership and women, in particular. And ultimately, any definition of leadership that is exclusionary is an oxymoron by nature. Leadership is universal, not well-defined, misunderstood, and an opportunity for women to show up and stand out in their true power.
