Your leadership style is as unique as you. So, if you don’t define it, own it, and nurture it every day for yourself, Imposter Syndrome is the default. Leadership is not based on having a title or a corner office. It’s not grand vision or big plans. Leadership is right here, right now and happens every day in so many small ways you probably don’t even notice. It’s about knowing, accepting, and owning who you are and not letting anything, including your inner critics, keep you from focus, energy, and action. Leaders are present, passionate, kind, resilient, curious and connected to themselves and others. They know what matters the most to them and have committed their energy to it. And it is so clear and meaningful, they communicate it with real authenticity that engages others in their mission.

Divorce is not just a legal process. It’s also emotional and financial, which makes decision-making tools, insider knowledge, and 1:1 support critical for success. Divorce is like playing chess and poker at the same time. You’re not sure which game you’re playing at any given moment. You’re constantly in doubt about whether it’s the right time to move a piece or play your hand. And you don’t know if your (or their) next move is strategy or bluff. Even when you think you know the rules, common mistakes result in poor decisions and undesirable outcomes.
